Short Bio

The kids are the greatest treasures of the world. They are the future leaders and driving force of the world. The world today faces lots of challenges when it comes to special groups of children. Some of these groups deal with unusual circumstances that can affect the normal life and upbringing of a child. In these cases and groups, the lack of hair plays a huge role, especially among the Black community. To tackle the problem at the core and provide practical solution, the Walker Kids Foundation works together with the local communities and businesses that can provide actual help. Whether the hairloss comes from a medical issue or some other condition, we help all the kids in foster care, with disabilities, with head trauma and other special groups.  With the help of professionals who donate their time, expertise, tools and different kinds of hair solutions, we are working into making these kid’s lives happier, easier and bring the smile back on their faces.
