The Walker Foundation – Membership Program
Providing to those who need the most is one of the best ways to show humanity and kindness and do better in the world. With the idea and desire to inspire, motivate, and above all, help, The Walker Foundation has founded and launched a special membership program. This program focuses in particular on the senior citizens that are eligible of receiving free services.
The Walker Foundation Membership program is designed not only for seniors but also for children too.
The Walker Foundation Membership Program
Children
The children’s services covered under the membership program are $65 a month, for 1 child. In case foster or adoptive parents have more than 1 child, the membership fee will be an additional $15 per child, per month. For example, if the parent has 3 children, the total membership fee will be $95 a month. This membership fee includes 1 service a month from The Walker Foundation.
Seniors
The seniors’ services covered under the membership program are $70 per month. For this fee, a senior gets 2 free services per month – one attending The Walker Foundation Hair Fair and another one at their location of choice.
Additionally, as part of the membership program, The Walker Foundation provides haircuts for senior men.

Kids hair services membership
Receiving and having continuous hair services is important for any child and every senior. It is important from a health and social aspect. Having a regular haircut speaks directly to the well-being and hygienic approach of a person. This is especially sensitive for the children and seniors who do not have the most appropriate and suitable conditions for that. When it comes to foster homes and adoption families, The Walker Foundation acknowledges the costs that the family has for a kid’s hair services. One trip to the hair salon can cost from $25 to $100. Going to the barbershop is $15 or more. With the Walker Foundation Membership program, we will send you a stylist directly to your home.
Senior hair services membership program
The Walker Foundation senior hair services program allows lots of benefits just by signing up. The seniors will enjoy hair services from a traveling hairstylist that will come directly to the nursing homes.
Training Classes
As part of offering unique hair services, The Walker Foundation provides training classes that are held at The Walker Hair Fair. The professional trainers come in and train the children, parents, and seniors how to deal with their hair care, skin care, culture, self-confidence, and many more aspects.
