9. Non-Competition / Non-Imitation Clause

No party may create competing, parallel, or confusingly similar initiatives based on Foundation programs, curriculum, or models for a period of ten (10) years without written approval.

10. Anti-Defamation / Non-Disparagement Clause

Defamation, slander, libel, false allegations, malicious statements, or public misinformation against the Foundation or its partners is prohibited. Violations may result in legal action, damages, and injunctive relief.

11. Partnership & Donor Protection

No party may circumvent the Foundation by directly approaching donors, sponsors, schools, churches, hospitals, or agencies for competing charitable purposes using similar branding or curriculum.

12. International Compliance

We comply with applicable regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM. Users may request data access or deletion by contacting us.

13. Changes to Policy
